      Customer service is horrible. They behave as if you're beneath them because you owe a medical bill. There's no reason for them to be disrespectful when you're calling them to make a payment. Reported them to BBB as well.

      I asked why my payments weren't being sent out to the credit bureau every month. They said "oh... there was a block on your account from preventing it from being sent out to the credit bureau... we dont know how that happened sorry". So the last 5 months have not been reported to the credit bureau. Meaning that the credit bureau thinks i am not paying it so it made my score go down. They never check my account with them to make sure everything was working properly. I understand its hard times but come on that is poor quality work right there..
