If I could rate them a zero I would. The staff member that was supposed to be assisting me, had major attitude, and was very condescending. Her attitude made me disconnect the call by hanging up in her face. Maybe the staff needs a refresher course in customer service. The whole experience has me looking into transferring to another school where the staff treats you with respect.

I’ve been having problems with tuition, financial aid, and having “holds” removed from my account every single semester since I’ve started attending Kean. They leave you on hold for hours when you call, take days/weeks to respond to emails (if they ever do at all) and don’t provide you with the answers/guidance that you’re looking for, but will waste absolutely no time at all placing extremely short notice deadlines for payments on your account. It almost seems as though they want you to have a hard time so that you’re forced to pay them sooner rather than later. I hear it from fellow students all the time that no other schools ever give their students this many problems, nor are they nearly as difficult to work with. At this point it has become the biggest headache imaginable. I love attending Kean overall but had I known all of this sooner it definitely would have impacted my decision on where to attend school.
