Worst customer service, call multiple times to make an appointment with Magali Arias, asked multiple time everything that I need in order to open my sons bank account. I had to find someone to stayed with while I went to open the account and we i get there 10 min before my appointment. She told she is running a few minutes late, 40 minutes later she seems to find out i was missing documentation that they never mentioned over the phone. So disrespectful towards people time. Never again in that branch. Saying sorry don’t give time back
