      Horrible customer service. They're not happy working there. Web site is always locking up can't pay bills online. No effort to improve. Starting from the main guy. Non existing after hours support. Good luck if you're traveling and need assistance. I wish I could give a 0 star.

      ATM's are terrible. Or I just have bad luck. Multiple times I couldn't deposit cash through the ATM. Their "app" is also terrible. No shortcuts to logging in such as face ID. App runs very slow. No convenient way to check your balance through the app. In order to login you have to use the username they gave you, very inconvenient. NONE of my emails to them have been relied to. Recently my account got locked for no reason and I have not gotten a response back.
