      Friendly & easy to work with staff. Great place to make banking choices! My personal go-to place to make withdrawals. Offers a 24 hour drive-thru ATM.

      Noone answers the phone you are on hold forever. You can't pay extra on your auto loan to pay it off early they just put it into a savings and don't tell you until you get a notice that you owe less and call to find out why. I love the classes and being able to earn extra money every4 months. Plus the save to win account is nice but wasn't told that you can't withdrawal from it until it matures until after opening the account.

      I have been on hold for over 1 hour.Talk to 1 and she has not a clue then puts me on hold for someone else for and finally hung up. Sent our car payment out and still haven't arrived 2 weeks ago and have never been late.But between the mail and this company it is a joke.
