Recently opened a new account and took out a signature loan. I received excellent customer service from Julian and I was surprised at how easy and fast the whole process was. My offered APR was substantially less than a loan I had financed through another institution and I intend to use their services for any future financial needs that may arise. I would definitely recommend them to friends or family.

Poor customer service. I spoke to Jullian and he was not helpful at all. When I asked to speak to the Manager he transferred me to a call center. If this type of service is indicative of your branches customer support team, I suggest you replace or provide training. Based on this experience I am not likely to Recomend them.

Financial partners WILL hold your money hostage . I found out the hard way. I had an accident at work which put me on a financial hardship. my loan payments were on default due to being out of work for a month. Their Resolution Department ( collection Department) doesn’t help you find a resolution their only objective is to collect and block your ATM .
