      The worst company I have ever dealt with. Their communication is garbage. They are extremely rude. They we spent way too much time trying to work with them only to have our car towed 4 days before Christmas because they never seemed to receive the info we sent multiple times. They tried to charge us thousands for insurance we already had .Everytime we tried to send it to them they "didn't receive it". They didn't refund the money for having our car towed. They were extremely rude to my wife on the phone. Our payments were up to date mind you. They were truly awful people. Plan to refinance with a different company ASAP.
