      Been a member when it was Star Harbor . Customer service has always been a goal with them. Maribel is always a great help and I thank her for her many years of service and my mom P. Davis . Thank you Maribel

      This bank is such a hassle to use. Any issues you have you HAVE TO call the 800 automated number and its so IRRITATING! Not all available options help. Youre sent in circles. Theres tons of waiting on hold. To use zelle on the app you HAVE TO call the 800. There is NO phone numbers to call the actual branch to talk to the actual person who helped you. My check is on hold for 10 days and theres "nothing" i can do to cancle or clear it! This is such an inconvenience and a huge waste of time and effort to end up with NO HELP!
