      I always have problems at the diamond location, they never help me or they just give me problems, the morris and ottawa locations always would help me no problems, I got a small loan from Ottawa over the phone within a few hours after applying, the Diamond location told me it be a week or 2 before I'd get an answer oh and they told me that the reason for my loan was basically stupid. I would say if you bank here and you really need something call the Ottawa branch

      Lesli and the staff at the diamond branch is the best team I've ever had working for me and my accounts. You will be truly impressed with their staff of you go in for any issues and they will resolve them immediately. I highly recommend this credit union.
