      Place is a joke they can’t get anything right the first time! Waste more of my time then anything. You call them get put on hold and then they never come back on the line! And dont say I didn’t wait long enough I waited 20min and then realized it was 5 so they weren’t coming back closing is more important!!

      I wasn't really sure were to email but I did want to let First Midwest know this little story that mattered to me. I went into the Coal City,IL branch office and had the pleasure of speaking with TODD OVERCASH. I was having an issue with my mortgage lender and addressed this with Todd, and even thou it wasn't an issue with First Midwest he took the time to help resolve my issue and explain a few thing that I feel will help me in the future. Having such a positive experience with Todd has made me really consider looking at possibly refinancing with First Midwest bank. I will truly remain a customer as long as Todd is there to take the time to help someone with the hardship that covid-19 has caused. I hope first Midwest truly appreciates Todd and his fellow employees.
