  I’m not another angry customer.. this is disappointment. I have been building my credit since 18 and I chose to refinance my vehicle with financial plus because I heard they are accommodating. I have an unsecured credit card account as well as my auto loan with them for going on 8 months now, and there has been a charge of over $1200 added to my auto loan. Which negatively impacted my credit score (710+) due to the subsequent increase of my loan. I was told this charge would be fully refunded after insurance was sorted out as my car was in the shop for 4 months during the time of refinancing. This charge also wasn’t explained that it would be added as I communicated with Aspen Moreno that my vehicle was in the shop being the reason for the lapse of insurance. During the time of communicating this charge that Aspen told me would be refunded, she also suggested I reach out to any other branch for my needs as if she was tired of dealing with my business. I was also told by Aspen there was no one else for me to consult regarding this charge.This has forced me to seek different options as I worked very hard to get where I am and I feel like a business that favors $1200 over a customer relationship isn’t a place I should be doing my business. I am new to how lien holders work and this has been a learning experience.

While we understand your frustration, we communicated with you in the initial agreement that vehicles financed with Financial Plus are required to have insurance, and failure to do so would result in a fee added to your account.
