      Hablan espanol!! I have been a loyal customer since csb refused me because i couldnt prove residency. Over 5 years ago. Found gicu thru my lady, I am a loyal customer. They are very helpful patient and friendly, I will probably be a member for life.🤗

      They use to be good and caring but since remodeling worst bank ever. Half the time their telephone banking doesn't work. If you go to the office like your bothering them. And harrsed my mom just to deposit money into my account.this is the east 30 location. Someone needs to come from the home office and clean the branch up

      Worst customer service I’ve had. They mail your statement out after your due date which makes no sense. They give you a 10 day grace period and that’s when I paid my payment but guess what they charged a late fee and refuse to fix it. Wouldn’t even let me talk to a manager. Don’t get a auto loan from this place.
