      Service in the drive up terminals, especially at the Corunna Rd branch is HORRIBLE! I think they only assign one person to man 4 lanes.

      Incredibly rude. After two years of on time (rather large) payments I asked to refinance to lower my monthly payment and was scoffed at and asked "why? Can't you afford it?" Now today, after three years of not one missing or late payment on a $400 a month vehicle loan, i applied for another vehicle loan and was turned down even with a cosigner with great credit. Don't waste your time with these rude ignorant people. I will say, I spoke with a Zach who was very helpful and respectful but he's the only one in three years that's been decent. Go elsewhere with your money folks✌
