      Great people and service at this location. We use them for both personal and business requirements. Covid has made things really difficult for everybody and I hope to see everyone open up for in-store business soon. It's time to get back to as much normality as we can now. This location is at the very corner have the Genesee Valley Mall hand across the street from Panera Bread and Faith Christian Store Etc

      This bank is slow. No matter what branch you go to. Most of the people are good people. They seem to need better training for customer needs outside of deposits and withdrawals. They also need to hire more employees. For a bank as a whole, if I wasn't locked into there loan I would go somewhere else

      It says on the door open 9-5pm but get there at 4:40pm and all the doors are locked. Waste of gas especially at these prices. Ridiculous.
