      Borrower Beware FINANCIER$ MORTGAGE INC. LIC# 236854 ,NMLS# 236854… In my opinion, this lender/broker falls short of having basic ethics and a general expectations of truthfulness in a business transaction. Initially I found them to have very pleasing personalities but later learned of their misleading and unsettling closing tactics. After closing, we felt very uncomfortable because we discovered what they had done and so did the builder , so the builder cancelled them as a preferred lender. As a result of these actions, I will not do business with them again. Close03/2018)
