      Bad cosumer service the cashier at window didn't speak to me gave me a blank stare.The person generally seemed more robotic not wanting to deal with you.A cashier inside turned and gave me a grumpy look while I was waiting on my money orders. It was like a look of not wanting me to be there. Its gone downhill after I stood up not wanting to be hounded by the cashiers in November.

      Well, I've dealt with FFCU on a few house loans and a personal loan and they were always amazing. Sadly, due to "New Rules", they've resorted to lies to get your business. Troy told me new Fannie Mae rules won't allow them to fund my loan until after my first paycheck at my new job. But they could do an in house loan and then refinance to a Fannie Mae loan. That's a lie! Fannie Mae doesn't have that requirement, but FFCU does. So they were lying to me and hoped I wouldn't catch on. I found a mortgage broker who is doing my Fannie Mae loan now and surprisingly enough, he can do it before I start my new job!! Interesting, huh??? Shame Shame Troy and Bruce.
