      There policy is messed up,they won't email a payoff fee to you,you have to pick it up,they want to hold a cashier check for to weeks for a auto lone,so that means no title to get plates for the vehicle for 2 weeks!!,and they won't contact other banks over the phone to contact there loan officer ,saying the cashier check is good
