      They keep deposits pending until you get charged an overdraft fee.I talked to them about it and they showed no concern about helping with the issue, asked for my number and never got a call back.

      It's funny they have a billboard saying you should support them because they are a local business vested in the community because they are not interested in opening bank accounts for people that live in the community. My wife and I went to this bank at 3:00 p.m. on a Thursday to open a bank account. The bank was empty but the banker was acting like we were bothering her - like it was time to go home and we were keeping her late or something. The banker took our documents then refused to open a bank account for me and my wife. We both came in with two forms of ID (i.e., valid drivers license and social security card) the banker told me the ID was "unacceptable" and refused to open a bank account. Went to Wells Fargo and used the exact same documents and had no problem opening a joint bank account.
