      If you are looking to get a loan to buy a house or refinance, it doesn't get any better than Gold Financial Services. Our loan officer Leticia Rivera did a great job helping me and my wife get our loan finance. We have dealt with a multitude of Mortage financial services firms, local and national, as we have multiple financed rentals, and we have found Gold Financial to be extremely easy to work with. They are very communicative and will work with you to get your loan approved ASAP. Our loan officer Leticia Rivera did an amazing job making sure that our loan went through without any problems, even after I threw a couple of curbed balls her way. I love it that they are a local owned office that understand their client's needs. I couldn't be any happier. You won't regret choosing them for your next mortgage loan.

      Just purchased our new home and they were amazing! Best customer service from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, they’re an amazing team! I worked with Leticia Rivera she was great! And is bilingual so it helped slot being my husband is Spanish speaking only. Leticia kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond for us. I am so blessed to have had her as my loan officer.

      Wouldn't recommend the Roswell NM branch to anyone. The loan officers that I received were untrained and one would treat me different than my wife. And treat me different when my wife was around. I was told different things about the same question multiple times. And even had it in text form for her to say it was never said.
