      My family and I have been doing our business banking with First American (and their predecessor) for over 10 years, and have had great experiences with them along the way. Zane, who runs the Hobbs office is fantastic, as is their staff. Nothing, but good to say!

      Waiting on an overnight delivery For a new debit card. Its been two weeks since this issue you cant get a hold of them either Regret banking here for sure

      Can’t even get the debit card to work. They don’t have 24 hour customer care. They aren’t open on Saturdays. Customer service sucks. I would recommend Wells Fargo before I recommended this bank
