  Anytime I have ever had a banking issue, they were very knowledgeable and prompt to help me and handle the situation. If they didn't know, then they were quick to use their resources to find the correct answer and help me further. There is no other bank I would go with. They got me to open an account when I genuinely disliked and avoided banks at all cost, and they have made it worth it in ever way. Great job everyone here! 4 years and no intent of leaving.

  Would never use them again. Opened a home equity loan with them and a bank account to keep the interest rate locked. Went in to change information on my account (address). They didn’t ask for any identification and printed out a form that had all of my information on it full social security number. Then let me draw money out of my bank account and home equity without ever asking for identification. I don’t know this bank as I bank with a diff bank. When I canceled my bank account with them because they don’t require ID they shot my interest rate up on my home equity loan. Would highly recommended not going unless your ok with your info being given out to strangers and no protection on your funds.

  I went to close a CD and none of the three people working knew how to perform this task. They had to call someone else to figure it out. It took 40 minutes, likely 30 longer than it should have. I found it amazing (in a bad way) that none of the employees knew how to perform a basic banking task. None of them were very polite or apologetic either. I would go somewhere else if possible.
