      Nice people, but this branch has shown a tendency to close a few minutes early on more than one occasion, which is incredibly frustrating. As a whole, in my personal experience, FB&T seems to be moving backwards, rather than forwards. Their app has gotten a little better recently, but their outlying branches have been closing, which makes me think I'll want to consider other options.
