  It is important to me that my bank is locally owned. They personally know me when I walk in the door. I am not a number at First Bank AND I do not have to dial a 1-800# and hope for the best. They actually answer the phone when you call the branch! I have been a client for over 25 years and they are the best in my book!

  My husband has been trying to talk to someone regarding a letter they sent and all his been getting is the run around. This is the first time either of us have heard of this bank, so I don't know what to think of their customer service.

  Disappointed by this branch location. I’ve been banking with the same teller at this location for 6 years. I was in an awkward situation today where I needed a cashiers check to pay a tax bill, but I didn’t know the amount for it and they were closing in 20 minutes. I asked if I could pre-authorize or call with the amount because it needed to be done to avoid a penalty and I wouldn’t be able to come in the following morning because I was going to be on a plane to Charlotte at 7 am. The manager overheard my convo, didn’t even listen, she interjected, “we open at 9 am”. She clearly wasn’t understanding the situation I was in, and told me there were other branch locations who could help who were open later, so she gave me a map of locations which weren’t numbered correctly. I grew more frustrated. Extremely disappointed how I was treated. I do my personal and business banking here because of the fact that I can expect a personalized service at a local bank. This hasn’t been the case the last few times I’ve been to this location. One teller there is great and always helpful and she’s been there forever, I should know her name... If it weren’t for her I would say my whole experience is negative.
