      This place is ridiculous. They want to charge you for looking up your account information for tax purposes!!! We don't have this problem at First Citizens.

      Discrimination at the fullest. This place is unprofessional. The tellers are rude and management doesn't have good customer service skills either. I wouldn't recommend this little bank. Don't judge a book by it's cover tellers.... you never know whom your really serving.
