  They're either swindlers or categorically inept bankers. Absolutely horrible experience with this bank. Their application process for opening a new account has a dearth of information. Apparently upon completion of the application, the applicant would receive a confirmation email. I never received one and the response by the bank is to condescendingly insinuate that I did something wrong. Instead of sending another email, they suggest some rigmarole process of sending them money in alternative ways in order to complete the application. I've already sent them $100 and now they want me to send them more. In addition, the two representatives I spoke to gave me contradictory and nonsensical answers to my questions. If this isn't fraud, then it's sheer ineptitude.
