  Firstly I was immediately looked at negatively as I walked to the only employee not conversing about whatever matters business or otherwise with zero regards to the customer entering the store. Upon telling this young lady of my intended business she simply said uh-huh and proceeded to listen to the other two employees until they were finished task one of them to help me. The gentleman who finally helped me still with no greeting looked at the items I had intended to sell as if they were broken of poor quality stolen or counterfeit, to provide a little insight to the reader I live down south my debit and credit card we're missing from my wallet so I was only there to sell personal items that I had on me in order to get gas money to return home these were two different types of beats by Dre headphones both less than a few months old one valued at $250 new the other at $150 new. A Spyderco knife valued at $300 new a Kershaw folding pocket knife at $120 new and a barely out of the box PS5 controller at $75 new. Now please don't get me wrong I fully understand I was not going to achieve anywhere near the numerical value of any of these items new however I didn't expect the knives to be scoffed at the online used value of these headphones to be lied to me about right to my face and offered 60 bucks for all of the above. I leave this review because this used to be the only pawn shop in town I would go to. I jumped online on my phone and found that not only was his research as to used values dismal at best but his attempts of informing me on corporate conglomacy to be completely inaccurate. Apple to Android shared products being only compatible with Apple although funnily enough working with my Android phone? On top of the two I presume homeless and very clearly high on who the hell knows what people standing right near the front door making my time inside insanely uncomfortable wondering if my car was going to be out there I was treated as though I was one of those two guys loitering outside the front door by the staff. Truthfully I am greatly offended and will never return to what has become a very sad establishment. I would not recommend it this location to anybody in fact I would tell everybody head down the street to any EZ pawn the biggest rip you off pawn shop ever you'll have a better experience there.

  Doesn’t feel safe. The store and property are poorly maintained. You will frequently find homeless people digging in the dumpster.
