  There associate "Antonio" is the only reason they get 1 star. As far as there asst mgr., word of advice, it takes 0 effort to be decent to some one. You declined a pawn bc during covid I lost all of my jewelry to your company. We all know what you loan on a pawn is WAY LESS than real value, but yet you made it seem like I made you loose $$$ on my pawns therefore you would only offer to buy a 400 mic for 60... My jewelry was sold 3x what I was loaned on bc I was going to try and buy it back, so I know no money was lost by your company. No worries I will never step back thru your doors again. I would rather do with out this evening than help your company in any way to make a profit.

  I pawn my school laptop and found out that I lost it when I came in to make a payment. I didn't receive a courtesy call or anything, I was told I could put in layaway but at double the amount they gave for the pawn. I asked them to let me see it and they didn't even reset the operating system. All of my personal information, IRS documents, and other stuff was still available for anyone to see. This place doesn't care about their customers even though I had a 100 percent good standing. They didn't even have the common decency to give me a call. I guess that no matter how large this company gets it still just as dishonest as any other place that thrives in predatory loans.
