      Note: Manager made good on my complaint. My issue was resolved, I don't think I'm coming back, but they helped. Original: I asked to unscrew the head off a yard trimmer, to make sure my blade would fit it. Get a: No, you have to buy it, then you can.... Now that's a bad policy, other pawn shops, no problem. So i offer to put down a 100% deposit, cuz how the heck am i gonna break a screw.... still refuse. policy is policy, fine. but they were really scummy and rude about it, not the front desk types either. it was a manager named jose and an a. manager named magda. absolute garbage customer service. gun selection was mediocre and overpriced. this place just isn't where you should be going.

      They talking about they don't take Samsung TVs only smart TVs and didn't even look at it or anything they got bad service they told me they don't take it away before I even walk in y'all some scams
