      The shop in our town is disgusting. Filthy everywhere. Makes me feel gross walking in the door. Paper and trash all over the floors. Employees sitting around talking and puffing on their vapes with children in the building with their parents. The floor is covered in dirt. It's very unpleasant and unprofessional. The Employees are rude and ghetto to say the least. Very poorly managed with absolutely no discipline or ordinance. I hope this email finds the proper professional to look into and fix this disturbing matter of the store in Scottsbluff Nebraska. Thank you for your time, concerned and and disgusted customer

      This place takes advantage of it's customers and pretty much rips them off on what they buy and pawn. Took two high end air conditioners in they cost between 350-500 $ and they would only give me 5 bucks. Then they sell their merch for damn near retail prices sometimes even for more than what it costs brand new in the store. And if u try to tell them that they r ripping u of they will rudely tell u to take ur items or take their low ball offers. Sad if u go to a pawn shop in the city they pay great but no not in small town NE nope. I wish y'all luck shopping and pawning here. The last owners were much better and offered u a decent price for what u bring in. Honestly it should be illegal for places like this to be able to do what they do to people.
