  There is no way to get any kind of service on the phone. The lack of any kind of working service other than a physical branch just shows a pathetic lack of ability on the part of bank executives. If you dont have a call center let me get through to the branch on the phone instead of a worthless IVR. Smh. Closing account soon.

  So I have took multiple loans out from this branch. I loved when voilo was loan manager she was amazing and why my father took me in there. Sadly a few years ago she left and Austin came in. My husband took a loan out with him and , my father co signed since then we have moved and it’s went down the drain. If a payment goes a few days late he calls my father instead of my husband. He has lied repeatedly to my father about us changing numbers like my dad wouldn’t have our number ?? 😂 he has threatened us multiple times but today unlike many others I have chose to do something about it. I will be posting pictures of what this “good hearted “ man said to us when we informed him we didn’t have a new number and we’d appreciate it if he could stop lieing to my father. Which is in fact what he is doing by saying “ they got a new number again.” Nope maybe if you sir would have picked up your phone and called us like you did to the person who doesn’t even pay the loan you would have got a pick up , but you didn’t even try. Oh yes that is a fact since we’ve had Austin’s personal number since the beginning of 2017 and had multiple interactions with him but none since July. And since he’s texted my father six times since then don’t you think he should have texted us at least once ? Yeah us too but apparently not Austin. He threatened us today to send our note in and we’re not even twenty five days past due. So thankful I made a call to the other branch. 👍 👍 much better over there. Stay away from this branch save your time.
