  BUYER BEWARE! I approached the owner, Arthur about a year ago for assistance in refinancing my residential and commercial properties. At that time, he requested a good faith deposit of $10,000 which isn’t standard business practice for both properties. Since that time, I wasn’t given a term sheet and he was avoiding me at all costs. Without any communication, he relocated his office to his Manhattan location. I have called dozens and dozens of times over the past year and he avoids my calls . After calling the bank dealing with my refinancing, I found that the application was withdrawn. I have since filed a complaint with the Department of Financial Services and I look forward to seeing him in court. Seriously reconsider if you are thinking about using this company. He will only feed you lies and he brags about how he cuts corners and gets deals done. Stay away!

  Hi Nick, Thank you for your review. Your personal opinion is appreciated but let's not ignore the facts. The first time you came into the office, you were referred by your friend, who works for a hedge fund and worths $2.44 billion on banking management, Brick Capital. I just close two loans previously with them, a seven million dollar loan and recently a 1.4 M commercial loan. In addition we fully executed your first loan,3-4 years ago, with a rate of 3.6% which was the best in the market at the time, that's why you came back to the company. The second time you stepped into our office you wanted to do two refinances, one residential and another commercial. We got you the best rates on the market at the time which was agreed upon, which was combining the first loan with the second one with a rate of 3.5%. We spent hundreds of hours working on your loans. We had the loan documents ready to close, emailed and called you multiple times to come and sign, but for whatever reason, you refused to sign because of an eighth of a point (1/8), which I said I would get adjusted for you. We kept it open for three weeks and then the bank closed the loan. In the interim, we asked you to come into the office, sent you three follow-up emails asking for additional documents to move forward and wrap up those loans again. I appreciate your opinion and I would like you to come into the office. It would be our pleasure to help you execute your finances. I believe in moving forward. Thank you, Arthur
