  I cannot say enough good things about Lisa DiBernardo at First Choice Mortgage Services in Brattleboro. This was my husband's and my third time buying a home and the first two experiences were MISERABLE. With those experiences, there were delays, last minute changes, missed deadlines, poor communication and many, many tears, (on my end.) With Lisa, however, things were smooth from start to finish. She explained every part of the process clearly and there were absolutely no surprises along the way. She was kind, compassionate, professional and an excellent listener. When discussing our closing costs at one of the initial meetings, Lisa estimated all the fees higher than she expected they would be. That way, there wouldn't be hidden expenses that would come out of the blue later. As it turned out, we owed thousands LESS than she anticipated, which was an amazing (and most welcome) surprise. I give Lisa my very highest review. She is, in a word, AWESOME.

  We worked with Lisa Ann DiBernardo at First Choice Mortgage Services. She made the entire mortgage experience wholly stress-free, from the beginning to the end of a rather long process - which is saying a lot! It was unqualifiedly a great pleasure to work with her. We know that we were very lucky work with her, and we recommend her wholeheartedly.
