      Horrible experience the year and a half I banked with them. The loan manager blatantly lied about my finances, and the team who had the job to address fraud on my card..rather that try to help me. Sent me fraudulent charges to collections. As well as one of the tellers sending a pending deposit back to sender..all in all HORRIBLE people to work with. Would never recommend this bank. They are a joke.

      I do all of my business with Wells Fargo except for having an auto loan with First Citizens. Every time I go to Wells Fargo it is friendly and inviting. Every time I go to this branch to make a loan payment the employees are frigid and make me feel like I'm interrupting what they are doing. To me friendliness goes a long ways with customer service.
