      Debbie and Julie are wonderful. They say hello and call me by name every time I walk in. I prefer going to this branch over any other one because of these 2 young ladies. Thank you for making me feel like I matter and I’m not just another customer.

      FIND ANOTHER BANK!! I will never deal with this bank again. I suggest if you need any kind of loan to go somewhere else even though the interest rate might be higher. Jennifer Velazquez is snobbish and I have never been treated by anyone in a bank establishment the way she treated me. Absolute disgust on her face as she smacks her lips treating you as if she's better than you. She will tell you anything you want to hear in order to get your business.

      I have to go in, in person to setup my online account even though I can verify my entire life and info based on the mortgage package I submitted .... FYI no other bank does that, get with the times I dont wnat want to come in to setup something that literally takes 5 minutes with any other bank had I known that I never would have taken a home loan with you and would have been glad to pay a HIGHER interest rate with usaa
