      I had an unusual request that seemed to puzzle the banks I normally deal with. It was related to an Estate Account and executors living in 2 places. Have spend hours sitting in banks only to leave with no Estate account open. One call to First Citizens and speaking to Tara Fargis and our issues were over. Still had to deal with the First Citizens in another city and in the time I was waiting to a return call, Ana at First Citizens in Eden NC called ME to see if I was coming in. This is what I consider perfection in customer service and caring about other humans versus going to work for a paycheck. Eden FC bank was not where I banked, but certainly will be in the future. Wish I had discovered them years ago. 10 stars for great Customer service and knowledge of laws.

      Worst bank ever.. I have had nothing but problems with this bank since i started 2 months ago.Put holds on my check for 2 days. PayPal money is supposed to go to my credit card in 30 mins this bank took 2 days.. Never had that issue till now.. Than the teller i seen was rude as hell worse service I've ever had and that's a lot coming from someone that lived updtate. She was talking to the manager about my account and y they have to put it on hold the check was 500 which i just discussed prior to this visit with the manager that my checks wouldn't be on hold and i said i only want 100 out of it and the teller says extremely loud excuse me I'm talking.. Yeah she talking bout me my account and my check than i can say what i want and when i want.. The bank apt is never up to date its like a day or 2 delay.. Just since day 1 had issues and def closing bank and looking for another ..
