  We have been customers of Home Trust Bank for approximately three years. Since that time they moved to another state with no local facility to cash checks and withdraw money. They are now an hour away. Since then we have continued to pay bills online. Two months ago we requested to stop withdrawals from our checking account to my money market account They didn't do that. Now I have called three times leaving messages to correct this. I was told they are to busy with other clients to be bothered. Hence problem is still not corrected. Terrible customer service

  Young black girl in drive thru has a serious attitude problem….not friendly at all. My mom went by to put some money in my account one day through the drive-through and they put it in the wrong account the receipt she got back had somebody else’s name on it she had to turn around and go back it’s just carelessness like that I can’t deal with.
