      Always an enjoyable experience until yesterday, while our teller was performing our transaction..., another associate that I've never seen before, interjected with unprofessionalism and non-compliant behavior, until our teller returned with our completed transaction. I am a firm believer in giving exceptional customer service myself. I am just really shocked and disappointed in what happened.
