      You are always greeted with a warm, friendly smile from each employee. After you have been in there 2+ times, they greet you like an old friend and by your name. I love each and every one of the employees there. Keep on keeping on guys. You are loved!

      Usually have a great experience with customer service at this branch in West Jefferson. Not today. The rep that answered appeared not to be customer service trained. My hope is that she was just a temp for the day. Really disappointed for the first time at this branch.
