      Realtor Scott Cronk went above and beyond in helping us purchase a beautiful piece of property in Ashe Co. His knowledge of the area is extensive and his judgment is sound. Scott has a great deal of experience in real estate and was patient and helpful in guiding us along the way, including providing us with contacts for other services we required. He was extremely responsive whenever we reached out via email and was, simply put, an honest, kind man who served us well.

      I had a flawless experience working with Joe Chamberlain and Mountain Scape Realty. Joe was able to quickly find me a piece of land in a tough market. He kept me up to date with daily phone calls, and after working with many realtors in the past, I can truly say that Joe had my best interest in mind and still does. I still receive calls from him just checking in and making sure I don’t need anything. Joe knows the area/town extremely well, and anytime there were questions that needed answering he was able to get them very quickly. Truly, it was a great experience. Thanks for putting my best interests above all else!!!!

      Joe Chamberlain, Mountainscape Reality, guided us through a quick acquisition of a beautiful West Jefferson, NC cabin. Joe did a great job of working with us on negotiations and inspections. Also he directed us to the only insurance agent at State Farm that would write our home owner’s policy. No other other insurance agents were willing to write the policy on a wood cabin outside of West Jefferson at the time.
