  Someone in Aruba, through PNC Bank drafted over $700.00 from my checking account. I reported this over 2 months ago. FIRST Citizens bank contacted PNC Bank. First they gave me the phone number for PNC Bank. I called and they gave me the name and the number of the merchant. I called that number. The phone rang about 10 times and stopped. Three more times the same thing. The lady named Linda in the told me she was having trouble getting in touch with the merchant. Letters and phone calls resulted in no response. I was told that on 04/08/22 if there is not response the money will be created back to my account. You and I both know one thing. If someone opens an account with First Citizens they must provide good contact information to the bank. Something is FISHEY that PNC Bank cannot provide a good contact number to the merchant that is FRUADAGENTLY drafting money from peoples checking accounts. (WHAT DO YOU THINK)

  So the ATM at this fine establishment likes to take a cut and steal money by not dispensing it correctly, fine, new bill's from the treasury sticks and I get it. So I called the bank to request an audit and was told they dont control the machines and that they are owned and ran by another company....I was then informed that I need to reach out to my financial institution to make a fraud claim/dispute. If I was a local or visiting I would avoid this bank. Use the Marine Federal ATM conveniently located 50 feet in front of the Jackson Hewitt. Or the bank located next to McDonald's. Customer service 0/10
