  Was told MY money was being put on a 7 day hold because I’m from out of state. Meanwhile I have bills to pay and children to feed. BEYOND unacceptable. Extremely rude staff. I brought an actual check from my old bank and they still would not give me access to my money. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

  ATM malfunctions while making a deposit. The next morning I’m rudely told the bank does not service or balance their ATMs and I need to call the fraud department. After multiple calls I’m told they see where the machine registered a malfunction and it could take up to 10 business days for the machine to be balanced and my account credited. So note if you have ATM issue they don’t really care. I’ve been a loyal customer for years along with my business’ and as soon as they get around to crediting me my $ I’m going to close all business and Trust accounts and never look back at this bank. I suggest you deal with a more personable local bank as the protections from FDIC are the exact same. They just might appreciate your business. And the person responsible for not giving a temp credit is named Jan. The managers out for the next couple days and she didn’t care to provide authorization for a temp credit while bank gets ATM serviced and balanced. Ashamed cause they say they can see the transaction.
