      Was a previous Entegra customer. Cannot access my account using my login for Entegra, called left a message for customer service locally and never received a call back. Was able to speak with someone in Wisconsin who although she was very nice and helpful gave me incorrect information. Have tried for 2 days to enroll online banking, after waiting 15 minutes today was told that I needed to go into my local branch to do so. Terrible customer service!
