      I have a small business account here for a tiny company. It didn't take long before they knew me. Great service, lots of parking, and a drive through ATM.

      I have been with the credit Union since it was opened by branch manager, Marianne Decosta back in 2010 who ran a very customer service friendly branch who always put the customer first and worked with everyone. The last 2 years there with this new manager has been a nightmare. Customer service has been thrown out the window. The bank managers personality is not what you would expect at a bank or credit Union. They lack any type of personality unless of course your from Mattapoisett or Marion. I’ve seen it first hand on several occasions being treated differently while conducting my banking. Well 11 years later and I had enough of this treatment the last 2 years. I pulled everything out and went somewhere else where they friendly customer service
