      This is the 2nd loan I've closed with Elle. And AGAIN she out did my builders "preferred lender" even after the builders incentives. I've shopped at a lot of different direct lenders and 3rd party brokers including discount online volume- driven- to-scale lenders. Elle has been instrumental in successfully closing my loan before my house was done (and at the last minute from switching over to her from the builders lender). My builder was worried about bringing my own Lender but it turns out Elle outperformed them in both time AND incentives. Please reach out to Elle if you are in the market, you won't regret it. I say this in full confidence.
