  Let me start by saying I was super apprehensive about the whole process of meeting a total stranger and entrusting him with the future well being of my family and I. However, meeting with our advisor Todd couldn't have been a more welcomed experience. From our very first meeting we had complete access to Todd as well as the other office workers at First Command when needed. Each meeting with Todd was like a job interview as my wife is well versed in financial management and often time was commended on her line of questioning. Having said that Todd was always able to reply in an intelligent manner and displayed extensive knowledge of his profession. It was this quality that won us over and comforted us with trusting him with our future. Things were confirmed for us once we left the area Todd serviced and our new First Command agent was in total agreeance of how Todd set up our plan to meet our retirement goals. I would whole heartedly recommend Todd and First Command for anyone wanting to set themselves up for the long haul.

  I've loved my experiences with both First Command as a whole, and specifically with Todd as my financial advisor. I've had money invested in a ROTH IRA for over 15 years, 401K/TSP for about the same, and several insurances just as long. Over this timespan I've worked with several financial institutions and individual advisors. I was never treated attentively until I came to First Command. You're more than just "another person with money" there, regardless of how much or little that may be. Their goal is to set a specialized plan in place FOR YOU. You are truly put in the drivers seat to succeed with the professional help you'd expect to receive from an organization and staff who specialize in wholistic financial management. I'm quite knowledgeable with finance, accounting, and investing. But the bottom line is "It's not my full-time job" and I'm not an expert. It's your hard earned money on the line, and I can't imagine leaving First Command after the attentive and insightful experiences I've had with them. Todd has helped me to achieve far higher asset appreciation then I could have on my own, and I've never had a question or need go unanswered. I'm truly appreciative and satisfied with his services, and recommend my closest friends to at least see the difference they can make at First Command!

  Overall fantastic experience with First Command. My wife and I met our advisor, Todd, through a recommendation from one of our friends. From the start he was extremely professional, easy to reach, plan with, and has a true desire to see us succeed. We are set up better now than ever to move forward in life. Highly recommend.
