      My mother passed away less than a month ago. I have been reaching out to any bank in town to see if she had an account there since I don’t know. I have talked to 5-6 different banks and I have to say that out of ALL of the banks I talked to, First Commerce/Century Bank treated me the absolute worst!! I called on 2/16/21 just to verify what information I already knew and the lady I was speaking with called Kayla to ask a question.. Kayla was extremely rude and said that she had already talked to me 3 times.. not knowing that I could hear everything she was saying to the other lady I was speaking with. A little bit of compassion during this difficult time would have been much appreciated!!

      This bank don't care for customers I have been at the atm since 11:50 am and know it is 2:30 pm and nobody has came here and I have called the bank 2 are more times and nothing has been done yet
