  My mom have been banking with the Thomasville branch for years. They have had some good branch managers and some terrible ones. The branch manager they have there isn’t a good one. She isn’t helpful and act like she only likes to help certain people. I called the capital circle branch and talked with Jovita . She was no help as well. I wouldn’t advise anyone to bank with this credit union.

  Account was supposed to have been closed out over a year ago. It didn't close and am automatic payment went through. I drove up there after getting a notification of the overdraft (on an account I thought no longer existed) and told them I would pay for the amount taken out but not the overdraft fee because it wasn't my fault they were slow on closing my account down. They took my money (some $20.84 or near that - minor amount) but apparently never got rid of the fee. Now my payment history is shot out and I apparently owe them $199. I have received no notification on this account in over a year. That's insane. I'll be contacting an attorney from the VA and let the government take care of it. That's one thing they (uncle Sam) do right for us disabled vets. I hope FCCU goes belly up. They give credit unions a horrible name.
