      I have been banking here for many years.I have always got great customer service. miss Greek has always been helpful regarding any questions i may have.But since this covid 19.It has been difficult too get service.Other than that i like this bank.Maybe because of peoples attitudes is why they get poor service.       The Truist mergered bank with SunTrust in Thomasville Georgia is grossly understaffed on Friday. And, wait time on hold to headquarters is unbearable.

      Truist bank is horrible. I clear my negatives in checking every night and I'm still being charged and overdraft fee. It's ridiculous I was never charged one with Suntrust when I cleared it a day before.
