      In the past 18 months we used them in January 2021 to refinance our mortgage they were decent, prior to that time they were excellent, never missed a beat. My most recent business with them was a refi for matter of divorce. They lost employees, and as a result my file was jostled around. Ken was always in a hurry, yet continued to mix up my file and my soon to be ex husbands file. I would upload my documents and not until the day one time or an hour another time before a critical point in the process was needed was I contacted to get it done immediately. Unprofessional, doesn’t treat females equally. Even had the audacity to send a thank you card and gift to my soon to be ex husband for initial approval on his loan - mind you I had a load with Ken also for my refi and cash-out loan. Not a card or gift to me, rub it in my face as We still lived in the same home - here’s a tip, don’t waste your time. Oh I kept getting emails and snail mail to my ex when it was MY loan. I even approached Ken to ask if he could manage both loans or was it a conflict of interest ? Nope he continued to make excuses.
