      I recently left First Commonwealth bank after terrible customer service interaction. When I closed my account, I was apologized too by the bank manager at the time. They need to work more on customer interactions, even if employees are retiring. What was said to me stuck with me for months and the fact they wouldn't put back their pre-pandemic bank hours. Couldn't bank in person myself. Why I switched to another bank all together.
